I’m Sue Hug the Sixth Grade Teacher. I am currently in my 25th year of teaching. I am a proud product of Catholic education having attended St. Barbara’s, Central and Walsh College. I previously taught at St. Paul’s in North Canton for 6 years. I came to St. Joe’s in 1987. I taught Second Grade for 18 years and this is my 7th year in Sixth Grade. I truly enjoyed teaching Second Grade, preparing the children for their first sacraments, but now enjoy working with the older students, seeing how they have grown.

My husband John and I are members of the parish. My daughter Amanda is a recent graduate of the University of Dayton and is currently looking for a job in her field of Electronic Media and Theatre. My stepdaughter Jennifer and her husband Brad live in Columbus and my stepson Sean lives in Virginia. The last member of our family is Bogey our Black Lab.
