Responsibility Plan

This plan is to emphasize responsibilities that should be followed by our students of 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th grades. Responsibilities meaning: being prepared for each class and acting in a responsible fashion.

Each student will start off with 3 cards in a pouch that they will carry with them to each class. The color of each card is green, yellow and pink. When you are not acting responsibly, a card will be taken. The plan will work as follows:

Green-warning

Yellow-recess will be taken away and a one page paper will

be assigned by the teacher. Form will be sent

home to by signed by parent

Pink-2 page paper will be assigned, teacher’s choice of

subject matter. Parent will be called, and form will

be sent home to signed by parent.

We hope this responsibility plan will help make our day more productive and the students more aware of their responsibilities.
